Ways to log a support call
Methods of logging a support call and the priority given by our support teams for responding:-
Priority 1 - Online

Priority 2 - Fax
Please also download a copy of the fax document that is to be used in the event of Internet failure. Multiple copies of this should be kept in the event you need to use this form more than once. Priority 3 - Email
Please send email support enquiries to support@barriejohnson.co.uk where email is monitored 24-hours a day!
Priority 4 – Phone and Voice Mail
As a last resort you can call our support team in the event lines are quiet and/or leave a detailed message for our customer support team to manually log a call for the right support team. Call 08707 606 906 Option 2 then Option 1.
Note: We are aware that some clients will be nervous about downloading new applications to their systems and would like to reassure them that this toolbar does not contain any spyware or code that we are aware of that will reduce performance. In the event that our clients refuse to download the toolbar to all machines and/or servers we would ask that they fax all support calls as first priority calls, and that telephone and voicemail support calls are used only in emergencies.
