Our engineers are not only experienced computer engineers but also have electronic engineering backgrounds that offers componant level repair, keeping the cost down on many repairs that visit our workshops.
 
However PC servicing / repair doesn’t just mean hardware failure and hardware support. Many times computers fail due to software problems or software/driver incompatibility.

We specialise in all editions of Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista and any future releases!

Whether your PC problem is hardware or software related, our technicians will diagnose your fault within 3-5 days, testing hardware and software using advanced testing procedures in our state of the art technology facility. The problem will be determined and explained to you in plain English and what has to be done to rectify it. You will be given a quote and an estimated time frame of completion.

DATA BACKUP
We take data backup very seriously! This means that any data you wish to keep will be backed up before any work is carried out on the system. This can include backing up documents, pictures, music, emails, address book etc. We also have facilities to attempt to recover data in case you have lost or accidentally deleted something important. Please ensure you request this service upon delivering your equipment to us.
 
WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page, ensuring you explain the series of events leading up to the fault so that our engineers can estimate the fault prior to seeing the equipment.
 
Our customer services team will email you a delivery note, that you will need to print and stick on the box. They will also send you paperwork explaining the fault that you will need to stick inside the box for the engineer to read prior to attempting to diagnose the fault.
 
Then pack your item well and we can either arrange a collection for £15 + VAT or you can use your own courier to send it in to us. Return courier charges are £10 + VAT.
 
Diagnosis charge is £45 + VAT, but is waived upon agreeing the repair price.
